Sometimes there are special policies, procedures, maps, brand directions, etc. for a site or activation or duty. (a) You can add those to the job details seen by the staff members on that work and if required, (b) add a test to make sure they have read AND understood AND learned the brief.
This article describes how to add a document ( or file or video) to a contract but you will find similar file attach options for a specific shift or a specific role within a shift.
The screen shot below shows you how to get from the AXLR8 Job Overview Dashboard to the e contract (AKA Event, Venue, Activation Campaign) details scree and add a file). It will work starting from any event based dashboard in the AXLR8 system.

- Bring up the event details by clicking the event name at the top of the shifts view.
- Click “Files”
- Click “Attach New File”
- Select the correct “Staff Portal Documents” from the File Types drop down menu. This is similar to selecting the “Promo Image” for the event.
- You can paset in a link or choooose a file to upload.
- The description is a mandatory field.
Then test the file shows in the shift details that your staff see IF they are booked in for a shift on that contract.
Don’t for get to add a quiz using AXLR8 E-Learning. That way, you can demonstrate to the client that you have transferred the knowledge.
