Automated messages can be used for a wide variety of subjects in your business, whether it’s emails for notifying you of expiring visas or messages reminding staff members of their upcoming shift, they are designed in order to save you valuable time.
At AXLR8 we encourage our customers to automate as much of the daily tasks as possible. Our customers comment that it improves reliability, efficiency and increases application rates along with improving staff retention.
Here are some examples.
Automated Emails
Reminding candidates to complete their application form –Applicants uploading their right to work details (Visas, Proof of address, driving license) will often pause the application to find these documents and get side tracked (as we all do). However, using an automated email to remind them to complete the form, our customers have seen a great uplift in successful applicants. For example, a customer of ours who has been using our 24 and 72hr reminders over the last 14 months, has seen a great improvement of applicants completing the form. These 24hr and 72hr reminders can also be included in GDPR automated delete scripts, to make sure you are staying GDPR compliant and not holding any unnecessary data.
Checking and notifying of document expiry dates – Whether this is for an expiring visa or SIA license, automated emails can be set up to remind the admin team as well as your staff member of the date coming up and actions that need to be taken.
Automated Texts or AXLR8 Notifications
Automated texts can be used to remind staff members to confirm and attend shifts. These can include things such as Shift reminders, Urgent Shift Cover, Welfare checks (Click here to read more) and much, much, more.
As an example, roughly 90% of our customer base use Automated Texts or AXLR8 notifications, to send staff members shift reminders. However, they all have different time frames on which they are sent, some 24hrs before the shift start or some 48hrs before. Automated texts and AXLR8 notifications are a great low cost and efficient way to ensure that your staff members are turning up to their shift on time.
