Diama Security will use the AXLR8 e-learning system for an in-person Vehicle Search course. The course will be delivered for a G4S project in July. Diama will test the attendees’ knowledge using an AXLR8 online objective test in addition to the instructor observations.
It is not enough simply to attend a course. Public safety relies on the knowledge, competence and thorough understanding of vehicle search by the staff. Even experienced operatives need a refresher. Also, it means getting in and under places we would all rather avoid on a rainy day! The whole procedure must be second nature and thorough. Testing that your training is effective for the client is an essential business function for any employer or staffing provider.
Course bookings
This Vehicle Search Course is in-person with practical exercises. There will be up to 15 attendees per session. With three sessions each day between 6th and 17th July 2026, several hundred will go through the course. Some may not qualify on their first attempt. That means a standard will be maintained. The AXLR8 system provides tools to help with the administration of the project.
Course attendance mailings
Candidates will be invited by G4S, the main contractor, and the Diama Training Academy will take over from there. The automated processing of attendee communications and personal assistance where required will complement the excellence of the course. This will be accomplished using the AXLR8 automated communications for the course administration.
Course Tests to ensure knowledge has been acquired and understood
Candidates who have attended the course will be given a test online immediately afterwards to test the knowledge that has been acquired. This is a matter of security and safety where incompetence or lack of care cannot be tolerated.
The tests will be created using AXLR8 Questionnaire Builder, a module of the AXLR8 e-Learning suite. Candidate answers are automatically marked by the system in an unbiased way, so the responsibility falls on Diama Training Academy to make sure the test is objective, valid and fair. This takes a great deal of preparation and internal testing.
Test certificates
The AXLR8 system will also assist with the automatic mail merge of test certificates for successful candidates.
