To delete a Applicant in AXLR8, requires the delete permission. ‘Delete’ is a permission that should only be granted to a superuser. There may be various reasons that you wish to delete a contact. Didn’t complete the Application Form? Not suitable for a role? Requested to be removed due to GDPR? The steps below will take you through how to delete an Applicant.
Step 1 – Find the Applicant you are looking for and view their information on the contact details page. You will be able to find them via the Multi-Search or from within Reports.
Step 2 – Delete their entire data by removing their ‘Organisation’ I have highlighted below the delete button you will need to select. This will allow you to delete all of the Applicant’s saved Data.

*To note, once a contact is deleted from the system their data will be unretrievable. They will be able to re-apply using the Application Form at a later date.
