Users of Sky will be unable to connect to some services of AXLR8 and internet service suppliers. We understand that Sky are aware of the problem and working on it.
It seems they have a DNS issue which mean that Sky users can see some web resources and not others.
Please use your back up broadband or mobile service to connect (BT, Vodafone, etc.) in the meantime.
